Dear Family Blog,  After thinking about how to share our life events with family and friends, I'm deciding upon using this blog.  If everyone has access to it, and especially if you are notified by email that new items have been posted, we can all share, keep up with each other, and create a sort of journal for posterity?

As Mom pointed out, she doesn't actually eat any cheerios in the video. But she does get them in her mouth. She likes these more than any other food we have tried. Oh, and vanilla wafers were pretty high on her list too. She doesn't take food very well, still, so I'm not really pushing it especially with all that's going on in our lives right now.

We are going to Romania next week for a two week trip. It will be kind of crazy and I hope nothing bad happens, but I'm excited. We are still working on getting the contract worked out for the house we want to buy. It's stressful and we're totally ignorant of what's normal and not. Hopefully, after next week everything will be signed and we will just be on cruse control till May. We are so excited to move!

Box Opening Party

It may seem that we are overly happy to be opening a care package but it is freezing here! We have been bored almost to tears staying in and staying warm so any distraction is welcome. We have been watching our windows freeze overnight and then slowly thaw out all day. The wind chill feels like 0 degrees. Thanks so much for the fun package!
