Anniversary news

Hey all! We just wanted to drop a line and let everyone know that we have now been happily married for two years! Can you believe it! Time flies when your having fun, right? Actually for me it feels like we've been married about ten years (is that a good or bad sign?) We are still unhappily infertile, so all you people with kids give them lots of love from us. I am tired of Rochester all ready, but Brad still loves it here. We have three more years to go! We love company so please come if you want to see a bit of NY. We don't have lots of room though, so be friendly. One day we will get a bigger apartment and then it will be really fun to have people come stay.
Just fyi, Brad is loving Neurology and now wants to be a Neurologist (but don't get in line just yet I feel a change in the wind). Jo-Ann's it treating me fairly well; I spend all my extra money there so I guess I still support it. I want a new winter job though, one where I don't have to drive, at all. Any ideas?
We miss everybody. Good luck with the horse and trailer trouble N&N, and have fun in the new house! We hope Millie is at least starting to look pregnant.

Here's us in our lovely place, on our special day. Lots of love to you guys!

Harpers in Nauvoo

We learned that there are 5 things a cow must be in order to be considered an ox
  1. Male
  2. Have horns (so the the yoke won't fall off)
  3. Be between 4 and 10 years old
  4. Be teamed with another ox
  5. and Follow verbal commands
Other than that, an ox just just a regular old cow!

For all those who are nostalgic about Sydney IA, here are a few pics from our short stay there.

Here is the entire Harper Gang in front of one of the homes we stayed it, the homes we quite nice and very spacious.

In front of the Nauvoo Temple on a clear blue day. All the adults were able to do an endowment session one day.

Noah in the traditional little boy Nauvoo costume. He only wore the hat for about 10 seconds.

On the Banks of the Missouri River at the end of Parley's street

This is a very small pick of the thousands if pictures that were taken in Nauvoo. All in all we had a great time seeing this historic city, we recommend it to anyone who is interested in going.
